Mr. Matich has over 25 years’ mining industry experience acting as CEO for public listed Companies on the Australian (ASX), Toronto (TSX and CSE), United States (OTCQX) and London (AIM) Stock Exchanges’. From an engineering background he’s member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). As CEO of the following Companies: ASX-listed Aztec Resources Ltd (ASX: AZR) he developed Koolan Island Hematite Project from a flooded open cut mine through to operations (29mt at 65% Fe). AZR trading at $0.02 in 2002, rose to $0.30 takeover price in 2006 ($350m) by Mt Gibson Iron (ASX: MGX); ASX-listed Fox Resources Ltd (ASX: FXR) reactivated the Karratha nickel-copper mining operation; TSXV-listed Cap-Ex Ventures (TSXV: CEV) founded and developed Block 103 (undrilled prospect) to 7.8 billion ton at 29% Fe and received Top 50 TSXV member in 2012.
Mr. John graduated from the University of Victoria, B.C. with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics and Political Science. He acquired the Work Wear World franchise in the interior of British Columbia and sold his chain of stores to Mark's Work Warehouse in 1999, a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In 2001 Paul was appointed General Manager, Franchises for Work World, a position he held until 2010.

Based in Belo Horizonte, Mr. De Sales is a professional geologist with over 12 years’ experience in the iron ore industry in Brazil. Viewed as an Iron ore expert has acted as consultant and advisor for number of Brazilian Companies including VALE iron ore division. Responsible for exploration, scale up & developing a number of hematite iron ore mines in Brazil, including Ferro Puro
Mr. Counts has over thirty-years of experience in international mineral exploration, project development and deposit evaluation. Over the past twenty-years he has been a founder and director of several publicly listed companies as well as holding executive positions at the corporate and operational level. Mr. Counts has been responsible for the exploration and development of numerous projects across a range of commodities that include copper, gold and diamonds. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Geoscientist.
Mr. Henneberry is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia with over 42 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and production for base and precious metals and industrial minerals. He serves or has served as a founder, director, senior officer, and/or consultant to various CSE and TSXV listed companies since 2004. He currently holds Board positions with Golden Independence Mining Corp., Hilo Mining Ltd., iMetal Resources Inc., J4 Ventures Inc., Silver Sands Resources Corp., Tana Resources Corp.and Treviso Capital Corp.
